Dr. Howard Wray named California State Conference NAACP Branch Treasurer of the Year
Long Beach Branch Treasurer, Dr. Howard Wray was named the California State Conference NAACP Branch Treasurer of the Year.
This honor is bestowed on one treasurer out of the sixty-six in the state of California, who maintains the best branch financial records.
Dr. Howard Wray is the Executive Director of Educational Equity Services, at California State University of Long Beach.
